Also, the 3 of them discuss the philosophy of focus on one’s physical and mental health, in an effort to help listeners refocus on the way they approach their own personal health care. Ultimately, this episode is to promote the true long term value in being healthy so that you can “reap what you have sown” in retirement and enjoy longevity.
